At FAJR International, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and production before it is shipped out. Orders are typically confirmed, packed, and handed over to our shipping partners during this time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery method. On average, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. However, please note that external factors such as public holidays, natural disasters, courier delays, or weather disruptions may impact delivery times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as these are ultimately managed by the shipping carrier.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it—absolutely penalty-free. To cancel, simply send us an email at support@fajrinternational.com.co with the subject line “CANCEL” along with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

In case you entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or email us within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll update your shipping details before dispatch. If the order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes or offer refunds for orders sent to the wrong address.

We take great care to package every item securely with extra padding to minimize any potential damage during transit. However, in rare cases where an item arrives damaged (approximately 1 in 1000 cases), please reach out to us right away. Contact us via email with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
